We are looking for an experienced Business Communication Trainer to build a high-performance communication culture within our organisation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Communication Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, English Communication Faculty, or Corporate Trainer.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Any degree with relevant experience can apply.
• MA English Literature candidates will be preferred.
• Experience in Sales Communication Training, Telecalling Training, Customer Service Training, or Corporate Communication Training is highly desirable.
• Candidates with certifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) or other professional training programs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Communication & Training

• Train employees to communicate professionally and confidently in English during phone calls, virtual meetings, and client interactions.
• Develop employees’ telecalling skills to support lead generation and new client acquisition activities.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve communication effectiveness and confidence.
• Review recorded phone calls and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver communication, business English, and soft-skills training programs.
• Improve employees’ fluency, pronunciation, grammar, clarity, and professional vocabulary.
• Conduct mock client calls, role-plays, and real-life communication simulations.
• Train employees on virtual meeting etiquette and best practices for Google Meet, Zoom, and other online platforms.
• Enhance listening, questioning, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Strengthen presentation skills, professional etiquette, and client relationship-building capabilities.
• Help employees overcome hesitation, build confidence, and communicate with greater impact.
• Monitor employee communication performance through regular assessments and progress reviews.
• Develop personalized improvement plans based on performance observations and training outcomes.
• Train employees in lead qualification techniques and effective prospect engagement.
• Define and track measurable training outcomes such as call quality scores, conversion rates, and employee competency levels.

Recruitment & Talent Assessment

• Conduct first-level interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, confidence, clarity of speech, and professional attitude.
• Identify and recommend candidates who align with Finwallet’s culture, values, and business requirements.
• Evaluate candidates’ ability to communicate effectively through phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
• Screen candidates thoroughly to ensure communication competency before onboarding.
• Provide structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations to management.
• Support recruitment efforts by helping select high-quality candidates who can professionally represent the organisation.
