Chan) Roles and Responsibilities –

1. Train the sales personnel in the defined area on daily basis

2. To develop the sales team by delivering training–

a) At the point of sales – Company Office/ Company Store/ Partner Store/ Multi Brand Store etc.

b) In a Class room for New Joiners

3. To improve the efficiency/productivity of Sales Team by monitoring their daily activities, developing the sales skills

4. Submission of Daily reports to the project managers and other stakeholders

5. Most of the roles are either 100% field training or 50% field training & 50 class room Training

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate would be Trainers or Sales personnel’s (male/female) working/worked with Telecom (Retail/Broadband/DTH/Enterprise/Sales & Distribution), Mobile Handset Companies (Vivo, Oppo, One Plus, Xiaomi etc.)

b) Enterprise Trainers- Salary of up to 6 lakhs

c) Senior Trainers Sales & Distribution (Only Gurgaon)– – Salary of up to 7.5 lakhs
