Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team.
- Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, etc.
- Conduct training sessions for new and current sales employees.
- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they had during the process.
- Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
- Hire a new salesperson
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 2 years of experience of Sales Training
2 .Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
3. Intermediate level of knowledge / expertise with Word and Excel
4. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and fast paced environment
