Roles and Responsibilities

1. Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team.
2. Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, etc.
3. Conduct training sessions for new and current sales employees.
4. Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
5. Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they had during the process.
6. Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
7. Hire a new salesperson

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of experience of Sales Training

2 .Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

3. Intermediate level of knowledge / expertise with Word and Excel

4. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and fast paced environment
