Job Description
The Sales Trainer who can provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of Sales

Qualification & Requirements

• Provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of Sales Team.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success leadership to ensure that team members are equipped to sell training services.
• Design and maintain consistent processes that allow for ease of selling, booking, delivering, and tracking trainings.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with our services.
• Forecast training capacity to allow continued expansion of the team.
• 3-5 Years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience in designing and delivering training services.
• Excellent track record of collaborating across the organization.
• Experience with CRM products is a plus Candidates willing to join immediately shall be preferred.
