Educational Qualification: Minimum: Full Time BBA / MBA in HR or International Sales with 1st Division
Desired: Diploma / PG Diploma in Training & Development with 1st Division from ISTD will be added advantage
Experience:

2 4 years in Training Delivery and Training Administration

- Candidate should be from FMCG/Consumer Durable background
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the complete training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

- We are looking for an Officer Training [Sales Capability] to design and deliver Training programs for our Export [i.e International Sales Team].
- Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.
- For this role, the incumbent will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face and recommend ways to increase productivity.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
- Manage training costs to ensure adherence to budgets
Customer Oriented
- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and cost
- Interpret product, procedural, and regulatory information
- Assist with the development of training curricula to support those field products, services and regulatory compliance skills
People Oriented
- Conduct an Induction training program for the new joiners
- Conduct practical workshops on soft skills/sales effectiveness/customer orientation workshops /supervisory skills enhancement
- Evaluate training outcomes on a continuous basis and update training processes accordingly
- Collate, Analyze & Present the results of the pre & post training exercise to evaluate training effectiveness
Internal Business Process
- Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Create user-friendly training material to be taught at varied levels and learning styles
- Create and distribute training resources, learning aids and process documentation to learners
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Produce & Suggest physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor sales objectives and results
