We are expanding our team at the Unacademy Centre in Raipur and are on the lookout for highly motivated Sales Counselors to help guide the next generation of top achievers!
If you have a knack for understanding student needs and communicating value, we want you on our side.
What You Will Do:
- Counsel students and parents on our comprehensive JEE, NEET, and Foundation (Class 8-12) programs.
- Drive end-to-end admissions, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Engage with warm leads generated through our digital campaigns and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping students chart out their competitive exam preparation journey.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, or inside sales (Ed-Tech or coaching institute experience is a huge plus!).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Drive: A target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Raipur market and student demographics.
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (On-site)
