Responsibilities

• Educate students by planning and developing courses of study according to CBSE curriculum guidelines and school requirements.
• Tailor courses of study and lessons to meet the individual needs of students’ levels of academic ability and previous achievement.
• Prepare effective lesson plans by using a variety of teaching models and techniques.
• Observe, monitor, and assess students’ ongoing progress. Prepare assignments and tests for in-school assessment and homework.
• Maintain good disciplinary order and child safety standards in the classrooms, on the school campus, during school trips, and vigilance duties.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy educational environment on campus and field trips.
• Provide student support services for additional study periods, student clubs and activities, field trips, school events, etc.
• Keep parents informed of children’s progress by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance, and participation; report on all elements of student development at parent-teacher meetings.
• Help and support in curriculum development.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts/Fine Arts.
• Three years minimum experience of teaching in a similar position in reputed English Medium CBSE schools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, creativity, and imaginative skills, well groomed, technology savvy, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with understanding and effectiveness to have a positive impact on others.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
