
Role & responsibilities
Educational Leadership: Providing visionary leadership to the school, setting academic standards, and ensuring the curriculum is aligned with educational goals.
Administrative Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and facilities management.
Staff Supervision: Recruiting, hiring, and evaluating teachers and staff, as well as providing professional development opportunities.
Student Discipline: Enforcing school policies and disciplinary procedures to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
Community Engagement: Building relationships with parents, community members, and external stakeholders to foster support for the school and its programs.
Curriculum Development: Overseeing the design and implementation of instructional programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Student Achievement: Monitoring student progress and academic performance, and implementing strategies for improvement when necessary.
Crisis Management: Responding to emergencies or crises that may arise within the school community, such as accidents, conflicts, or natural disasters.
Advocacy: Serving as an advocate for the school and its students, both internally and externally, to promote its mission and goals.
Professional Development: Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current on educational trends, research, and best practices.
