Responsibilities:

• Create engaging lesson plans and deliver practical classes effectively in accordance with the assigned subjects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies.
• Contribute to examination-related work, including paper setting, conducting quizzes, and invigilation duties, ensuring fairness and integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in your field, incorporating them into your teaching methods.
• Actively engage with students, addressing their concerns, and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with other faculty members on research projects and academic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Full-Time Post Graduation in any specialization, with at least 1st Division marks, or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply, as we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Having published works in the field would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of attending conferences and academic events, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a natural ability to engage with students.
• Patience, understanding, and willingness to support and guide students.

Preference will be given to experienced candidates who have successfully demonstrated their expertise in teaching and learning methodologies.
