Job Description:

• Coordinating and conducting examinations in cooperation with the responsible employees of the company branches and external providers
• Recruitment, briefing, planning and contractual commitment of examiners and examination supervisors
• Timely compilation of examinations and provision of examination documentation
• Quality assurance in the practical implementation of personal certifications, performance of audit procedures and documentation of audit results
• Advising audit subjects on the audit procedure, the audit results and the awarding of certificates and test marks; handling appeals and complaints
• Verification of audit documentation, issuing certification decisions
• Archiving and provision of examination documentation for the issuance of certificates and billing of certification services
• Acceptance of examinations
