Full Job Description

Revenue Model will be through inside sales so candidate must be responsible for driving revenue growth through an inside sales team & taking complete ownership of revenue inflow to the company .

Candidate should have experience in managing PAN India CRM/Call Centre Operations

Both inbound & outbound .

Courses will be on skills leading to job employment

Manage a 20-member team of Counsellors, Senior Counsellors, Quality Auditors, Training team, Assistant Managers, Operations Managers, Quality & Training Function .

-Build & Manage team with enthusiasm and motivation, systems and processes to meet the company’s sales and revenue generation targets

-Creating and maintaining the MIS, building the Sales SOP and structuring the complete sales process with data management using various Data .

-Strategic planning with ownership of P&L and its analysis to help with annual and month on month sales forecasting working together with the marketing department for putting down annual sales figures and annual revenue generation

-Evolving and creating a healthy Blueprint and work flow process of the CRM .

-Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product Development, and cross functional leadership team to inform strategic priorities and build operational practices with every department across Diligent.

Advise management on new strategies required for expanding the business

Pitch creation and its evolution with training the sales team with a sales-oriented pitch.

Constantly train/Monitor/Motivate the sales team and measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue

8-10 Years’ experience out of 3-4 experience should be with an Edtech company in a similar role

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
