RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for RV Universityfor the position of Dean of the School of Computer Science & Engineering.

Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science; BE/B.Tech or M.Tech/ME in electronics/electrical/computer science; Preferably one of the degrees from top 500 universities of the world as per QS/THE/ARWU world university rankings.

Experience:

Teaching: Minimum 10 years at the level of Professor or matching industrial or practical experience

Research: Publications in National & International Journals;

Relevant Industrial/Consultancy Experience for at least 5 to 10 years; National or International Recognitions/ Patents/Invited Talks.

Age: 40-50 yrs

Pay: As per UGC 7th Pay scales

Salary will not be a constraint to a deserving candidate with outstanding credentials.

The ideal candidate: Must be a passionate leader capable of building a world-class School of Computer Science and Engineering; willing to work in a ‘start-up’ university; build a team of motivated and qualified faculty members; plan and implement academic programs as per NEP2020; establish an environment of excellence in academics & research; collaborate with national/international universities, industries, take up joint research and consultancy projects.

Preferences will also be given to SC/ST/OBC’s based on merit.
