RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for RV College of Engineering for the position of Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department,

The Assistant Professors. responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to graduate students, participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to Professors and other faculty members. You should be able to pace your lessons and publish articles regularly. Your innovative thinking and valuable contribution are very much required in Skill Development Programs and other academic-related programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on courses related to Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Develop and implement innovative instructional methods. Develop professional logistics to improvise student performance. Guide, lead, and mentor students in research projects. Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.

2) Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to professors and other staff.

3) Evaluate, monitor, and mentor student academic progress. Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.

4) Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others.

5) Providing Professors and departmental Heads with feedback on student progress. Participate in departmental and college activities. Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees

6) Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement.

Additional Qualification: Preferably Ph.D. completed or on the verge of completion
Current Location: Bengaluru (Mandatory)
Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of industrial/academic experience.

Skill Sets: Publications, Paper presentation, and Consultancy

The Candidate should have B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering)/ M.Tech + P.hd in qualification.

A strong desire to redefine teaching standards and build tomorrow’s leaders.Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Involvement in modification of Laboratories, submitting proposals, and getting funds towards innovative research work, consultancy work, organizing workshops, FDP, conferences are the additional essential parts of curriculum activities. The research work should lead to the publication of papers in reputed journals and international conferences.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
