Designation: Medical Counsellor

Job Responsibility

Handling telephonic, walk-ins and email enquiries.
 Providing individual and group Counselling to students and parents about online and
physical programs offered by institute at centre.
 Making follow ups calls of telephonic and walk-in enquiries.
 Handling registration of the students and maintained their document’s record.
 Floating Time-Table schedule to all the students.
 Coordinating with the faculties for lectures timing & resolve queries and problems of
students.

 Coordinating with faculties & seniors in colleges and education institute’s seminar and made follow ups call to all students to convert for admissions.
 Conducted parent talks in order to make them aware of their child’s academic growth and future prospects.
 Updating inquiry portal & preparing all type of monthly reports.
 Maintaining daily report of work done.
 Providing training to all new recruited employees of the head office & all branches.
 Helping students to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
 Handling assigned administrative responsibilities and recruitment process related
tasks for student’s placement.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
