Job Responsibility

Job Description – Head of Counselling Department

1. Managing the entire counseling department and guiding the team

2. Achieving Department Targets – Dividing targets appropriately amongst team members and yourself

3. Generating direct inquiries from students for foreign education by different means

4. Getting students to register with the company

5. Active counselling and follow up with students

6. Completing their admission and visa process

7. Assisting students in finding accommodation and solving travel related matters

8. Increasing conversion ratio and also helping team members to accomplish the same

9. Conducting seminars / counselling sessions / workshops for students

10. Giving presentations in schools and colleges

11. Planning and executing media plans.

12. Smooth conduction of spot admissions and seminars by abroad universities and colleges

13. Tying up with IELTS and TOEFL Coaching Centers

14. Creating a strong alumni base for BitTRACK Students

15. Creating and implementing better systems for student counseling and the entire procedure

16. Updating and maintaining student database, website and other social media interfaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,400,000.00 per year
