Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. The Training Coordinator will work closely with managers to identify training needs and develop comprehensive development plans for teams and individuals. The role involves managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting various training programs. The ideal candidate should be familiar with multiple training methods, including mentorship programs and e-learning, and possess experience in project management, soft-skills development, and instructional design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Delivery Manager (DM).
- Proactively follow up with Training and Placement Officers (TPO)/Points of Contact (POC) regarding pre-training processes, including trainer availability and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure continuous follow-up on obtaining necessary information, such as candidate attendance, daily session completions, and final reports from trainers and other resources.
- Appoint Class Representatives (CRs) during training sessions and collect feedback from the training.
- Provide daily updates to the DM on training completion, including any challenges encountered.
- Safeguard all training-related reports and maintain an organized record.
- Collaborate with the invoicing team to address any updates on pending reports from trainers.
- Work with the LMS team to schedule and ensure feedback and assessment processes are completed.
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session to assess effectiveness.
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records.
Requirements:
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. MBA-HR graduates are preferable.
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and its practical implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applications like Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
