In a world where art is perceived just as a wall piece, the 2000+ onboard artists focus on the immersive co-creation experience that art offers. A passion platform to interact, co-create and hang out alongside art. From live art workshops and masterclass courses to future art residencies, Rooftop has everything linked to art and experiences.

This specific Art Content Writer internship is for those who have a secret love and interest for art; traditional art forms of Indian origin to be specific. A couple of years down the line we look up to Rooftop as the hero company to have mapped all kinds of traditional and modern art through its in-app offerings and thus we are in search of a candidate who believes in the underrated potential of art and is ready to disrupt it together.

Responsibilities:

1. Create compelling and well-researched articles, blog posts, social media content, and other written materials related to art history, art techniques, artist profiles, and art events.
2. Conduct thorough research on various art topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Collaborate with our team of artists, designers, and educators to develop content that aligns with Rooftop’s mission and resonates with our audience.
4. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Stay up-to-date with current art trends, exhibitions, and industry news to infuse fresh perspectives into your writing.
6. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for content marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

1. A strong background in art history or a related field that showcases your knowledge and understanding of various art forms, movements, and artists.
2. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, informative, and error-free content.
3. Passion for art and a genuine interest in sharing art-related stories and experiences.
4. Ability to conduct in-depth research and present complex information in an accessible manner.
5. Proficiency in English language and grammar.
6. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
7. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles (preferred but not mandatory).
8. Previous experience in content writing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
