About the job
1. Deliver advanced robotics training sessions covering embedded systems, AI integration, IoT, and automation.
2. Train students and teachers on Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, sensors, actuators, and robotics frameworks.
3. Teach programming concepts using Arduino C, Python, MicroPython, and basic ROS concepts (preferred).
4. Guide learners in building complex robotics projects such as autonomous robots, smart IoT systems, computer vision projects, robotic arms, and automation solutions.
5. Support students in national and international robotics competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions.
6. Design structured curricula, lesson plans, project roadmaps, and assessment strategies.
7. Troubleshoot hardware, circuit, and coding issues during lab sessions.
8. Manage robotics lab setup, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
9. Mentor students on innovation, prototyping, and real-world problem-solving.
10. Stay updated with emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Edge Computing.

Required Skills:
1. Strong hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems, and electronics.
2. Experience with IoT platforms, sensor integration, motor control, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
3. Knowledge of AI tools, OpenCV, or basic machine learning is an added advantage.
4. Good presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
5. Ability to manage advanced project-based learning environments.
6. Willingness to travel across India.
Qualification:
1. B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
2. 0–2 years of experience in robotics training, embedded development, or STEM training.
3. Freshers with strong project portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
