Job Role: Robotics Trainer for School Students Job Location: Chennai & Nagercoil Probation Period: Max. 3 months (for freshers) and Max. 1 month for experienced candidates Eligibility: Graduates pursuing B. Sc (Computer Science, Computer Application, IT, AI, ML) or with B. Sc or B.E Marks: above 60% at Graduate level Preference will be given to Candidates with Computer science background or with knowledge in programming. Good Communication skill and teaching skills are expected. Bond: An agreement for a 1-year minimum needs to be executed. Allowances and Benefits: As per company norms. Selection Process: First Level: completion of 3-days online training. Second Level: Shortlisted from the first level shall move to the second level of 10-Days Online Training. Third Level: HR Interview and Offer letter. Note: The final selected candidates shall be considered for a Three Months Probation after which they shall be confirmed for full time employment. Stipend will be paid during the probationary period. Roles and responsibilities: All the Selected Candidates should undergo an intensive 3 months “train the trainer” internship during the probationary period. The Trainees are expected to carry out the tasks assigned during the period as per schedules. Post the successful completion of the probation, the candidates shall be considered as our full-time employees. As full time employees, it is the responsibility of the Trainers to carry out the assigned tasks as a Trainer and report to our HR on a daily basis. As Trainers, we expect them to Teach, Train and guide students of our client schools in the domains of Robotics and Automation. Active participation in the company’s developmental activities is expected from the Trainers. We expect our Trainers to be highly disciplined, motivated and involved in R&D activities within the scope of the company.
