Looking for a smart overseas academic counselor with impressive telephone etiquettes and product knowledge with regards to UK and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Advice/ Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarship in UK, Canada, Australia & other destinations for Indian students.
• Calling on database given and submitting reports to the reporting manager.
• Administering various email Ids and Excels allotted to them
• Understanding profile of the students in detail
• Provide information on desired courses on UK, Canada, Australia & other destinations information based on needs & aspirations.
• Provide telephonic counseling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk in to the office for counseling.
• Help student with the overall documentations and entry requirements
• Ensure timely follow up with students for documents and student related activities
• Aggressive course finding for destinations as required and sharing the same with students accordingly
• Representing company during International Education Fairs and events.
• Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention
• Sales Attitude

Qualification & Skills

Proven experience in Study abroad/Oversea Education will be an added advantage
Any Graduation
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Reliable/Good at hitting deadlines.
