Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

– Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, tailored to various skill levels.

– Create hands-on labs and real-world scenarios to facilitate practical learning.

Training Delivery:

– Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Selenium WebDriver and related tools.

– Employ a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and interactive exercises.

Course Management:

– Assess and evaluate learners progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.

– Provide constructive feedback and support to ensure learners meet their goals.

Customization:

– Adapt training programs to meet the specific needs of clients or organizations.

– Stay current with advancements in Selenium and integrate new features into the curriculum.

Support and Mentorship:

– Offer guidance and mentorship to learners, addressing their queries and providing additional resources as needed.

– Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues encountered by learners during practical exercises.

Continuous Improvement:

– Gather feedback from trainees to enhance training content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

Education:

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, ISTQB) are a plus.

Experience:

– Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, including real-world application and automation projects.

Skills:

– Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and test automation frameworks.

– Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
