As a PGT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in accordance with the school’s curriculum. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance students’ Hindi language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons that align with the school’s curriculum guidelines
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback and support
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral incidents
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or related field
• Proven experience teaching Hindi at the secondary level
• Excellent command of the Hindi language, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of Hindi grammar and literature
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• State teaching certification or willingness to obtain one
• High degree of professionalism and commitment to student success
• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate curriculum is a plus
