Rishi Immigration is a Canadian company with three offices: London, Ontario, Windsor, Ontario, and Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The Canadian Government authorizes us to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to leads and setting up counselling with students via phone call or online meetings.

• Request documents from students or our agent network for assessment.

• Review students’ profiles (Academics, IELTS, Work Experience) sent by students or our agent network, check students’ eligibility criteria and provide them with relevant program/course options in Canadian colleges or universities as per their requirement.

• Maintain communication with the backend admission team to submit LOA applications to colleges or universities.

• Update with students or agents using email and Phone.

• Follow up with students or agents to make sure they are paying tuition fees and accepting an offer from colleges or universities.

• Help students or our agent network with pre-registration or registration with college or university, whenever necessary.

• Make an entry to our company’s software to organize the record of every student.

• Move the file to the study permit extension team once the student has paid the full tuition fees.

• Provide full support and training to Jr. Admission Counsellor.

• Other responsibilities, as required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience of 3 to 5 years in Overseas Education / Sales /Counselling

• Any sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage
