Responsibilities
• Prepare learning material for training.
• Can help candidates with the script and call flow.
• Has CRM knowledge.
• Conducting product training for all new joiners
• Preparing new training material and upgrading the previous training material
• Onboarding of new salespeople
• Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
• Practicing mock calls with new joiners in the sales department
• Quality analysis of calls made by new joiners and their overall performance
• CRM software training to be provided to all new joiners online and offline
Requirements
• Prior experience as a trainer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in product and sales training
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Online and offline training experience
• Experience in preparing training material
• Can identify challenges and work on modules to improve floor efficiency
• Can monitor calls and find loopholes
