We are currently seeking an experienced offline private tutor to join RightTutor, our leading tutoring company in Bangalore. If you have a passion for teaching and a minimum of 3 years of experience providing one-on-one tutoring at students’ places, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

– Provide personalized and engaging one-on-one tutoring sessions in the BTM Layout area of Bangalore.

– Develop customized lesson plans based on students’ individual needs and learning styles.

– Help students understand and excel in their respective subjects.

– Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

– Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide regular updates on student performance.

– Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment during tutoring sessions.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of experience as an offline private tutor.

– Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects you will be teaching.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.

– Ability to travel to students’ places within the BTM Layout area of Bangalore.

– Flexibility to work part-time hours based on students’ schedules.
