We are looking for Academic Supervisor for a CBSE School at Madhya Pradesh with minimum 3 years of academic supervisor experience and additional 5 years of teaching experience. Qualification – Graduate with B.Ed/M.Ed Identify opportunities to enhance or evolve our tutoring and academic success programs and solve or make recommendations for their improvement Engage in selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for tutors, SI leaders, and other academic success staff Observe and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching as needed Promote the Academic Success programs along with the department manager Proactively lead and oversee employees in the academic physician practices to ensure job duties are being completed accurately, thoroughly and timely Maintains liaison with local, state, and regional agencies/organizations and industry councils Conduct regular meetings with the Academic Placement Intervention Specialists (I/II) and Team Lead which may include coaching, discussing development opportunities, and goal setting Interview will be held at Kochi
