Qualifications:

• Must have B Ed Degree.

• Proficient in MS Word and Microsoft 365.

• 2 to 5 years of teaching experience.

• Preferrable -Teaching experience in Computer Science skills.

• NIIT or equivalent computer certifications.

• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs

• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff members, and community representatives in providing a rigorous educational program

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Details

• Work Remotely. Need to have a good Computer and good Wi-Fi Access.

• Need to be able to work from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am remotely.

• Need to prepare and take international teacher certification tests

• Teaching work – 50%

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Teaching Rex courses using Rex Technology Learning Platform.

• Collecting Feeback from students about the curriculum.

• Interacting with parents in timely manner.

• Creating student learning reports and submitting them to school & parents

• Collecting video testimonials during class and sharing them with parents and marketing team.

• Sharing student progress report after every class.

Curriculum Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the program team to craft new curricular materials and related offerings.

• Help create scaffolds/accommodations to meet the needs of all learners, including English language.

• learners, students with special needs, students performing below grade level, and students performing.

• Work with Rex Academy staff to ensure accurate content and presentation.

IT operations and administrative responsibilities

• Scheduling and conducting weekly meetings.

• Coordinating with US and India team.

• Involve in research activities and develop summary report.

• Work with India marketing team to improve sales.

• Maintaining and updating the CRM.

• Maintaining IT systems
