We’re looking for a Senior Talent Researcher to join the Executive Recruitment team and elevate our sourcing strategies to new heights. We’re seeking a polished communicator with an exceptional understanding of people dynamics who’ll be instrumental in crafting and nurturing talent pipelines that fuel our growth. Your primary objective will be to attract and secure the world’s top A-Players for Revolut.

What you’ll be doing
- Building and implementing sourcing strategies for global leadership roles
- Developing talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing strategies
- Identifying and engaging with candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
- Leveraging data to drive decision-making throughout the recruitment process
- Working closely with recruiters and executive-level stakeholders to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data and market insights
- Cultivating a deep understanding of executive-level competencies, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruitment
What you’ll need
- Agency or relevant in-house experience sourcing top of the market talent in Financial Services or Tech firms, preferably in Executive search
- A deep understanding of the financial services hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
- The ability to provide best-in-class experience to our candidates and communicate with them effectively throughout the recruitment process
- A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent for niche leadership positions
- Prioritisation skills to swiftly navigate through competing demands and take appropriate decisive action
- Passion for problem-solving, particularly when it involves working with data to inform both strategic and tactical decision-making
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €1,900 – €2,800 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €1,900 – €2,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
