The STEM Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives that enhance STEM education .The candidate should have knowledge of current educational standards and best practices in STEM education. Candidates will develop innovative teaching and learning materials, design experiments and activities, conduct outreach and awareness programs, organize outdoor science activities such as educational tours and field trips, and prepare various reports and presentations

Role & responsibilities

1. Developing innovative Teaching Learning Material (TLM), Publications, Kits, Exhibits.

2. Technical Coordination with various Schools/ Centers/ Labs/ Channel Partners.

3. Provide support and guidance to staff and participants involved in STEM activities.

4. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of STEM programs and make recommendations for improvements.

5. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the organizations mission and values.

6. Written and verbal communication skills, accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.

7. Candidates should be able to plan, design and conduct different training sessions.

Required Skill Set:

Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with team members, facilitating cooperation and collaboration to achieve common goals.

Documentation and Presentation (Computer-Based): Proficient in creating detailed documentation and delivering engaging presentations using computer-based tools and software.

Laboratory based experiences.

Robotics and electronics knowledge would be an added advantage.
