Job Title: Inside Sales Executive and Academic Counsellor

Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Executive and Academic Counsellor at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential students through the enrolment process while maintaining a strong focus on their academic and career goals. You will serve as a bridge between our educational programs and the aspirations of our prospective students. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to promote our educational programs.
- Understand the needs and objectives of prospective students to effectively present the benefits of our programs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students to nurture them through the enrolment process.
2. Academic Counselling Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive academic counselling to prospective students to help them select the most suitable program based on their goals and qualifications.
- Stay up-to-date with our academic offerings, admission requirements, and program details.
- Guide students through the application process, including document submission and admissions tests if necessary.
- Address academic inquiries and concerns from prospective students.
- Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure students receive accurate and timely information.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive and professional rapport with prospective students.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
- Follow up with students throughout their enrolment journey to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and academic counselling statistics.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions and enrolment progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Being empathetic and patient when dealing with students.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to quickly grasp knowledge about educational programs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
