Let’s Speak is a foreign language training academy in Chennai for over 13years. We have branches in Adyar(Gandhi Nagar, Velachery (Tansi Nagar), and OMR -Thoraipakkam.
Currently, We are looking for a Student counselor – Branch Coordinator for our Adyar and Velachery branches.
We are looking for someone willing to work at a flexible time for 6 days a week.
Eligibility:
1) Hands-on experience in Tele calling
2) Good communication & delivery skills.
Salary: Based on your previous Experience.
Full Job Description
– Answer incoming calls – Talking over the phone to our customers / potential customers
– Reply to customer queries, and lead follow-ups
– Payment follow-ups. Expiring customer reminders etc…
– Reporting, daily status report
– Handle direct Enquiry
