Prior experience of teaching/ administering the Cambridge Board are essential. The Vice Principal reports to the Principal and is responsible for the overall academic well being of the school including -1. Long term, medium term and short term planning of the syllabus in line with Cambridge2. Overseeing the implementation of the plans and measuring their efficacy3. Ensuring that the plans are learner centric with a local relevance and global mindset4. Providing feedback to all stakeholders through observations5. Administering examinations6. Promoting and managing the usage of all academic resources in the school including the library, labs, makers spaces etc7. Monitoring student outcomes and progress8. Monitoring the progress of SEN students and the department9. Being responsible for the inculcation of Cambridge Learner attributes in all stakeholders10. Being responsible for all the student in bound and out bound educational programmes programmes of the school11. Ensuring a positive educational experience for all stakeholders12.
