Job Discription 

You will be responsible for developing lesson plans and then implementing those plans in the classroom, giving you the flexibility to tailor your lessons to both you and your students interests and strengths. This can extend outside the classroom, as many middle school teachers also assist with coaching sports and school clubs and extracurricular activities. More than anything else, middle school teachers must develop their students unique talents and foster in them a passion for learning and growing.Job ResponsibilitiesTeach students in a classroom setting, managing their work output in the classroom and behavior on a daily basis.Develop teaching and learning materials for use in class, including lesson plans, exams and homework, homework and projects, and assignments that make use of all student skills.Modify lesson plans and materials as needed to make them suitable for students current learning levels.Monitor and track student progress and issue grades.Maintain relationships with parents and legal guardians of students in order to keep them informed of their childs progress.Work collaboratively with other teachers and administrators, including special ed teachers and teachers aids, to provide individualized support for each student on a regular basis.Collaborate with other teachers in order to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly.Ensure that students meet educational standards and school performance goals for their grade level.Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:0 year degree and teaching certification in your stateCompleted degree or course of study in a field related to the subject you will be teachingSupervised classroom experiencePreferred:Graduate degreeAbility to speak for long periods of time and perform light physical labor including lifting, bending and reachingCall For More Details-Mr. Rohan Patel-hidden_mobile
