Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop daily, weekly and monthly lesson plans in a particular subject using creative and innovative instruction techniques that enhance student engagementAlter curriculum as needed to cater to the strengths and weaknesses of students, and be ready to adapt it to any changes to the class size and makeupCollaborate with fellow teachers to maintain high standards of education and ensure similar educational experiences exist throughout the departmentCommunicate with parents or guardians as needed to address any concerns about a students progress or provide positive updates when appropriatePrepare students to successfully take any standardized tests without focusing the entire curriculum on practicing for the testsCreate an atmosphere of inclusion and safety where students feel comfortable learning and asking questions that also maintains discipline in the classroomAttend weekly department meetings and monthly administration meetings to maintain open communication with the rest of the staffReport any problems with students to the department chair and/or administrative staff, and create a solution that improves the students educational experienceJob Skills & QualificationsReqiured:Bachelors degreeCurrent teaching certification for the stateMinimum one year teaching experienceExperience with Blackboard or similar online education platformsInterested Candidates Can Call/WhatsApp now-Mr.Amit Chaudhary Sir-hidden_mobile
