Job Description :-

• Plan and implement company’s talent acquisition strategy and SLAs.
• Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals including leadership and niche hiring along with a team of recruiters.
• Ability to manage TAT, Cost, Quality of hires, and other KRAs for assigned BU.
• Proficiency in data analytics and presentation for stakeholders’ awareness, strategy creation, and to take informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business, competition, and emerging trends within the talent acquisition market.
• Hands-on in working on niche/critical/leadership/other roles as needed/assigned.
• Consult/Coordinate with functional heads/hiring managers to create sourcing strategies.
• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of diverse candidate pool.
• Share market intelligence, best practices, and latest trends on a regular basis.
• Ensure all job postings are as per company guidelines on various platforms including Social Media/Staffing partners/Job Portals.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed

Experience Required: 12-18 Years (Preferable from Manufacturing)

Education Qualification- MBA must
