We are hiring!  Were currently looking for a full-time Render Training & Development Executive to join our Renders Team.

In this role, you will boost the competencies of our team members by conducting our training programs. You will be responsible for performing training needs as per operational needs.

To be successful in this role, youll require:

• Have a thorough understanding of 3DsMax, Corona Engine, Vray and related plugins.
• Create and deliver training material in line with BoxBrownie.com standards.
• Identify professional development training needs of the team and organise delivery.
• Create processes and procedures to meet future learning and development goals for the department.
• Guide and monitor individual performance development through onboarding training, providing effective feedback and one on one coaching as required.
• Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive training and team culture.
• Prior experience in Training and Leadership/Performance Management highly preferable.

This is a home-based position, you therefore must have your own computer, stable and fast internet, and suitable working environment.  As this is a full-time position, you must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
