Office job Timing 10am to 6 pm

SAlary Range – 15000 to 25000
Female
6 Days a Week
Work from Office
Lang – English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi

Responsibilities of Admission COunselor :
Making & Receiving calls and explaining the courses & programs offered by the college.

• Contacting existing students as well as prospective students using scripts & converting admission.
• Obtaining student’s information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the students and understanding their interests & converting admission.
• Resolving queries related to the courses & programs.
• Make recordings of all the student phone calls and student deals.
• Taking and processing admission orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the student’s on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements.
• Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
• Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
• Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details, Fee Structures etc
• Ensure proper follow-up is done for the students once enrolled.”
