Make Data-Driven Decisions Learn Teach Learn Role Model All Day, Every Day Customer Reliability Engineering Team Description As part of this team, you will have a unique opportunity to understand the Reltio application stack from the front-end layer to the database layer, monitor, debug, and x issues to make sure that all the Reltio customers get the best possible experience.

Also, this engineering team is the one closest to the customer which provides views of our different customers and how they are implementing their data management solutions on top of our robust platform. Responsibilities First and foremost, youll be working on highly scalable and reliable platform services and components that create the foundation of the core Reltio Platform architecture Planning, designing, and building effective advanced solutions to support a rapidly-growing business at a massive scale Lead and guide for everyday technical analysis, solutions, and decisions Provide Technical mentorship and leadership to senior team members Developing, repairing, and implementing advanced algorithms/techniques for solving complex problems in a high-volume, high-availability environment Pushing the envelope on what’s possible and applying pragmatic approaches to building

Take engineering ownership of complete Reltio integrations, implementations, and Vigilantly monitor and improve performance Find opportunities for continuous improvements to our system based on customer and sustainable solutions solutions eld requests Continuously look for ways to optimize and streamline the Reltio Platform layer to facilitate a seamless implementation experience for our customers Work on an evening shift Required Skills 7+ years building large-scale enterprise systems in Java Deep experience in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis Strong technical background with previous development experience for enterprise customers Hands-on technically, comfortable reviewing and writing code.

Experience building REST APIs Experience with web UI development with JavaScript framework Experience with Software Development processes such as design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation Deep experience debugging server-side Java applications including troubleshooting logs, thread dumps, and connectivity issues Experience with big data technologies (ex. Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark) Deep experience building scalable and distributed data systems using distributed le systems, Java, JavaScript, Python, and cloud technology Experience with maintaining production-quality services, deployment, and monitoring Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred) and distributed indexes Experience in performance optimizations, code proling, Java application runtime analysis Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and distributed/scalable architectures Experience with Managed Databases (AWS DynamoDB, Google GBQ, Google Cloud Spanner, GBT, Azure CosmosDB) and Managed Queue Services (AWS SQS, Google PubSub, Azure Service Bus) is a plus Excellent communication skills BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience Reltio is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
