Job Purpose

Support the research initiatives of Reliance Foundation as a Junior Research Associate. Assist in the execution of research projects, data collection, and analysis within the Research Department.

Roles & Responsibility

• Support Senior Research Associates in the execution of research projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies and ethical standards.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation using statistical and qualitative methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the identification of research needs and the design of research studies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication channels for research findings.
• Stay informed about the latest research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide support in the development of research proposals, protocols, and data collection instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to manage relationships with external research partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.
• Participate in the ongoing learning and development activities within the Research Department.

• Effective support provided to Senior Research Associates in the execution of research projects.
• Active participation in data collection, analysis, and interpretation for research initiatives.

Necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Interest in research activities and commitment to learning.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
