Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a reputed company. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
HR Analytics
Adhere to budgets for OD and Talent Management Programs.
Provide management support in people metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics.
Present findings to senior management periodically.
Customer Oriented
Campus Relationship & Hiring
Maintain relationships with college placement offices and key faculty members.
Ensure a holistic campus approach across both Engineering & Graduate campuses.
People Oriented
Trainee Development
Monitor progress of GET/MT, provide schedules, and foster training programs.
Organize meetings for GET/MT with HOD and VP – HR.
Solicit feedback to improve engagement and retention.
L&D Administration
Training Coordination
Coordinate training activities and collate Training Need Identification.
Release quarterly Training Calendars and maintain training records.
Collect and act on training feedback.
Internal Business Process
Employer Branding
Brand Campaigns
Assist in developing innovative campaigns for employer brand awareness.
Implement digital/social media strategies and manage online communities.
Project And Change Management
Talent Management Projects
Lead change management in Talent Management projects.
Influence stakeholders to adopt changes for Capability Development programs.
Learning & Development
Learning Strategy
Develop and deliver an annual training program aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
Evaluate training impact and ensure continuous improvement.
