    Job Description Relationship Manager – Retail Banking Group About the role

    A Relationship Manager is a core anchor in taking our entire banking ecosystem to our valuable customers ranging from retail clients to international corporates through our 360-degree banking ecosystem. They collaborate and work with the shared leads to offer right product offerings addressing the varied needs of the customer. In-line with our philosophy of taking entire bank to the customer our relationship managers work on entire suite of offerings like savings, loan products, Over Draft solutions, Insta loans, investments, care products upholding our key value of being fair to the bank and fair to the customer

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating revenue through effective selling strategies thus driving business growth.
    • Partner with customers through their life-cycle and offer suitable products and services based on their financial needs.
    • Formulate sales strategies, tap into cross-selling and upsell opportunities, to ensure maximum customer reach.
    • Build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline per market opportunities
    • Offer 360-degree banking to the individual, professional and business ecosystem.
    • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.

     

    Educational Qualifications:

    • The candidate should have a Post-Graduate/MBA degree with a specialization in any stream.
    • Graduate degree with experience in relationship management in any industry.

    Skills-

    • Should have an ability to build relationships and understand banking requirements.
    • Orientation to learn about various products and financial offerings.
    • Orientation to build and develop customer relationships.
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication (both oral and written) and negotiation skills.

    Experience-

    • The relationship Manager shall have an overall experience of 1-10 years in sales and relationship management in any industry.
