
Roles and Responsibilities
To deliver classroom trainings for respective region
To create learning material based on identified training needs, participant’s profiles and the
outcomes expected in collaboration with Process & Products Team
To liaise with product teams to source training material, best practices etc. for customization of
learning modules
Designing Training Calendar in discussion with Zonal Training Manager & Business
Monitor and Review on-going process of assigned learning projects
Evaluate – Training Impact- (as applicable) in line with Kirkpatrick’s model ofTraining
Effectiveness
Take complete ownership of all Learning interventions facilitated in the allocated Region / Zone or
