These Edutours are designed to be age and grade-mapped, building a unique curriculum of travel based real world learning for our students.Roles & Responsibilities:Program Design – understanding curriculum requirements of International and Indian boards across grade levels to create travel-based learning programsPartnerships – identify and collaborate with impact organisations, research centres and change-makers for experiences on programsContent & Activity Design – create learning tools and worksheets to enable better program facilitation on groundProposals – work with the outreach teams to understand school requirements and design compelling pitches for eachOperations – coordinate with internal teams to ensure programs run on ground as envisionedRequirements:Min

2+ years exp

working in program design for school students

Experience with IB/Cambridge boards preferredStrong communication skills, both written and oralComfort with online tools for communication and data managementPrior experience working in remote environments and digital collaborationAt the core, we are looking for someone who is passionate about experiential learning, take-charge, open to working in small teams and wearing multiple hats as required.
