About the Role:
As a Marketing Communications Manager at Redwood, you will be the voice of the company, helping communicate our work, impact and mission to stakeholders across platforms. We’re building incredible real-world classrooms across the country, enabling students to learn and grow in ways not possible before – your work will be integral in helping us achieve this!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing – build and share meaningful content with stakeholders (educators, influencers, parents) through blogs, social media platforms (Quora, LinkedIn, Instagram) and emails
- Brand Building – ideate and work towards establishing Redwood as a thought leader for experiential learning and travel-based education
- Edutour Experience Design – collaborate with program teams and on-ground partners to enhance student experience through communication design and merchandise
- Internal & External Communication – design company brochures, presentations, mailers and other communications, take primary ownership of the website and social media accounts, and build repositories of past programs and experiences
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years exp. handling communications and marketing campaigns
- Experience with content marketing (blog + performance). Understanding email marketing and SEO
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong eye for design
- Comfort with online tools for communication and data management, remote/hybrid workplaces and digital collaboration platforms
