The Client Service Executive at Redwood strives for the success of our partner schools and their students at all times
By assisting in alignment within all teams towards a common goal, you help ensure we meet or exceed expectations, always.
Your work includes:
Relationship Management own the communication with all partner institutes through onboarding, engagement, closure, and account management
Student Engagement build a delightful communication for all students enrolled on Redwood programs
Sales Support through lead and proposal management, market research and sales enablement initiatives
CRM & Data Management maintain a strong repository of information on past customers and projects for continuous internal improvement
Requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in client servicing or similar roles
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Experience with digital collaboration and outreach tools such as mailchimp, slack, zoho, or similar
We’re looking for a team member who can be a strategic vertical owner with high attention to detail, personal leadership, and a penchant for process control.
