Full Job Description

Student life cycle management

l Coordinating for admissions test, interviews and selection of students for the whole school

l Conducting counselling and facilitating campus visits of new admission inquiries with the objective of conversion

l Maintaining records and sharing reports related to admission inquiries and admission status

l Conducting timely and smooth admissions and processes with appropriate documentation for the whole school

l Ensuring maintenance of appropriate student records from the time of admission to withdrawal, and submitting student data for various regulatory purposes for the whole school

l Suggesting improvements in the policies and processes that fall under the counselling area no the basis of research done with other schools & New Parent Inquiries.

l Handling Calls, tele-inquiries and counselling the parents for new admission inquiries.

Parent Communication and RelationshipManagement

l Resolving proactively new parent queries/grievances related to academic or admin issues through direct communication and/or coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders.

l Engaging positively and proactively with parents and suggesting ways to build a positive parent-school community partnership

l Contributing ideas/content/time for the design, development and execution of various branding collaterals and activities

External Liasoning and Compliance (Academic)

l Coordinating with external associates and agencies such as examination boards, peer schools, government education departments, expert trainers, consultants, etc. .as guided by the Vice-Principal/ Principal

l Contribution towards processes related to compliance for various academic purposes

Admission Withdrawal Process

l Counselling parents in case of any admission withdrawal request.

l Supervising all withdrawal documents are maintained properly

l Ensure Refund process is completed on time.

Initiatives for the whole school

l Assisting the Principal for scheduling their various appointments with Parents for new admission inquiries.

l Contributing towards development of the organization as a whole in line with its vision and mission of becoming a high quality school

Planning and Co-ordination

l Planning the monthly and annual calendar for both Satellite and Santej campus.

l Implementation of all the processes and to ensure that they are carried out in sync with the plans.

l Responsible for all the compliance, documentation, reports and maintaining MIS.

l Coordinating and compiling the new admission documents, withdrawal, GRs, UIDs etc and also intervene in the refund process

l Providing data of New admission inquiries to marketing team whenever they need for marketing purpose

l Coordinating for the marketing and promotion related requirements

l Continuous co-ordination with the Principal, Teachers & other counselors of Satellite & Santej campus.

Circulars

l Circular drafting in coordination with the Principal as per the Academic calendar & Events.

Marketing and Branding

l Responsible for target setting along with the head of the department

l Assisting in writing content as required for marketing communication

Stationary Coordination Process

l Ensured stationary requirements & orders for receipt printing for SLC book, Admission form are placed to the Admin Department on time.

Day Care Management

l Taking Admission inquiries for day care

l Collecting payment & follow up for the confirmed admissions

Event Management

l Contribute in the Event Planning

l Managing and coordinating various events round the year and also being present in all the important events of the school throughout the year for Satellite & Santej Campus

Transportation

l Communication with parents regarding transport queries/grievances
