Job Description

Our Teachers engage and inspire students through a future-oriented and globally aware curriculum that blends Chinese and American educational standards. Teachers will be responsible for creating and delivering dynamic lesson plans that foster both academic excellence and the holistic development of each child. In this role, educators are encouraged to embrace and incorporate diverse teaching methodologies and technologies, adapting to the unique needs and potentials of each student. Collaboration with fellow teachers to enhance the educational experience and commitment to the schools ethos of nurturing both the social-emotional character and academic wellbeing of students is essential. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred Experience in coaching basketball or football preferred Demonstrated interest in student development and optimism for students’ ability to learn and grow Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards as well as new technologies Interest in and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Ability to collaborate, establish rapport, and communicate in a Dual Language Immersion environment
