Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy related procedures with proficiency, meet quality standards and patient satisfaction
- Attend and follow training programs to upgrade professional skills
- Real time entries in medical records & report in an appropriate manner
- Medical administration, day-to-day operations & medico-legal compliances for the physiotherapy section of the hospital
- Deliver safe and quality patient experiences in Recoup Health System both in-person and virtual care, including admission & discharge process
- Safe custody of medical equipment, adherence to care protocols, maintenance care and optimal utilization of valuables
- Respect and honor organizational values and functions
- Play active role in interdisciplinary care programs and practices
- Coordinating for patient related services with external partners like laboratory tests, referrals, etc.
- Quality assurance and control services across healthcare services
- Contribute to Recoup Health’s quality assurance programs & continuous quality improvement programs
- Contribute when asked in content development that will be used for marketing functions
- Contribute to and adhere to administrative responsibilities and represent Recoup Health in different engagement interfaces with community, society and corporate clients
- Be disciplined & punctual in professional work (online, offline), deliverables & reporting
- Actively participate in Organizational activities, Learning & Development
- Actively participate in research and development activities of Recoup Health
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of self and other
