We are looking for an HR Leader who has played a pivotal role in building high-growth organisations at the intersection of talent acquisition, management and development. Someone who understands how to attract the right talent, foster a high-efficiency culture and ensure organisational goals are met. You shall closely work with the leadership team to lay down the people’s strategy.
What we Expect ( Skills & Experience)
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Unicorns or Fortune 500 Companies with pedigree education
- Proven successful stints in building high-growth start-ups is preferred
- Strong intent to contribute to business vision by aligning all People Matters
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills with clear and concise communication
- Thorough understanding and conceptual clarity of HR concepts, talent acquisition, best practices and compliances
- Deep understanding of driving business goals and operating models with proficiency in aligning them to People Matters
- Strong sense of ownership for work and drive to create impact
What you can Expect (Roles & Responsibilities)
- You shall work to positively impact every stage of the employee lifecycle and take care of all HR initiatives – Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development
- Responsible in laying down building blocks for functions and leadership hiring
- Monitor, maintain and improve HR KPIs, hiring metrics and reports
- Develop and oversee efficient people processes, daily operations, admin assistance, compliance procedure
- Regularly interact with the teams and community members to ensure a high engagement environment with sense of belongingness to drive transformation
